Chatpliance Consultancy was founded in London, Ontario with one specific observation: retail and ecommerce businesses were losing significant revenue to problems that already had solutions — abandoned carts, unanswered product questions, slow return processing, and support delays that cost them 5-star reviews and repeat customers.
